Kemco was contacted by a major food processor
in Columbia, MO as they had funds to improve on the efficiency
of their 400 and 600 HP boilers. Based on the information
provide at that time, a projected annual savings was estimated
at $32,880 with a 10 month payback.
Their project manager recently reported that this system
had reduced natural gas consumption last month saving
them $4,638. This facility has record their savings
every month and it averages $8,000 per month over the
last three years, with a peak of $11,000, and a low
of about $4,000 per month.
